Conrad Vasquez
Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Vasquez is Executive Vice President of Operations and is responsible for leveraging and expanding our core service operations, developing Clayton’s technology platform, increasing operational productivity, improving service quality and expanding our product offerings.  Prior to joining Clayton, Mr. Vasquez was head of retail bank operations for Washington Mutual, where he was responsible for operations in support of 2,200 branches across the United States.  He also held leadership roles in integration and commercial asset management during his tenure.  Prior to WaMu, Mr. Vasquez held executive roles at Advanta Bank Corp and First USA Bank and leadership roles at Household Credit Services, American Express and Sears.

Mr. Vasquez holds a Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic University.
